1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Planora (the app, planora.day and the community forum), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Planora.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and do not impersonate anyone.
- You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account.
3. Your content
Tasks and plans you create stay on your device and belong to you. When you post in the community, you keep ownership of what you write, and you give Planora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on planora.day and in the app, for as long as it stays posted.
Feature ideas you share are voluntary. We may build something similar to an idea without any obligation or compensation, and the idea may also have come from someone else.
4. Community guidelines
The forum exists to make Planora better. Be the kind of member you would want to talk to.
Not allowed
- Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are.
- Sexual content, graphic violence, or anything involving minors in a harmful way.
- Spam, advertising, referral farming, scams or phishing.
- Sharing someone else’s personal information without permission.
- Illegal content, or content that infringes someone’s copyright or trademark.
- Malware, exploits, or attempts to break, overload or abuse Planora’s systems.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or manipulate votes.
Reporting and moderation
- Every post and reply has a Report option. You can also block other members.
- Moderators may hide, edit for safety, lock or remove content, and may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
- Content that receives several reports may be hidden automatically until a moderator reviews it.
- If you think a decision was wrong, email support@planora.day and we will take another look.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or interfere with Planora, or use it to break the law. Automated access to our server outside the official app and website is not allowed.
6. Reminders are best-effort
Planora schedules reminders using your phone’s operating system. Battery savers, manufacturer restrictions, disabled permissions or device settings can delay or block them. Do not rely on Planora for critical, medical or safety-related alerts.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Planora running but provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we make significant changes to these terms, we will let you know in the app before they apply.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Planora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data on your device, or missed tasks and reminders. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
9. Termination
You can stop using Planora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
